Breeding lets you combine two Pals to hatch a specific child — and, crucially, pass down the passive skills you want. This guide covers how the pairing formula works, how to set up a farm that runs itself, and how to chase a Legendary-tier passive line.

2. How breeding works
Every Pal has a hidden breeding power. When you pair two parents, the game averages their power and picks the species whose power is closest to that average — that becomes the child. A handful of pairs are special combinations that override the formula to produce a fixed, often rare, result.
- Put one male and one female Pal in a Breeding Farm.
- They produce an egg; incubate it to hatch the child.
- The child inherits a subset of both parents’ passive skills.
3. Setting up a breeding farm
Build a Breeding Farm, then keep it fed with Cake — without cake, no eggs. Cake needs flour, berries, milk, eggs and honey, so pair the farm with a ranch and a few gathering Pals. Assign a Pal with high handiwork and gathering to keep production flowing.
- Stock 5+ Cake so breeding never stalls.

4. Breeding for passives
