Eggs & Incubation

1. Overview

Once a Breeding Farm produces an egg, you incubate it to hatch the child. Bigger Pals lay bigger eggs, and each egg hatches fastest at a matching temperature — get that right and you halve the wait.

2. Egg sizes

Egg size scales with the Pal’s size class. Larger eggs take longer to hatch but the size itself doesn’t change the result — only the species and passives matter.

  • Common → Huge: S, M, L, XL and Huge eggs correspond to ever-larger Pals.
  • The egg’s element tint hints at the child’s element and its ideal incubation temperature.

3. Incubation & temperature

Place the egg in an Egg Incubator. Each egg has a preferred temperature band — fire-tinted eggs want heat, ice-tinted eggs want cold. Match it with a campfire, heater or cooler nearby to speed the timer dramatically.

Pro tip Upgrading the incubator adds “comfortable” bonuses that further cut hatch time — build it early and keep it fed with the right temperature source.
